Elmo 16mm Model 16-cl Optical Sound Movie Projector Modified with a 5 Bade Shutter.
Professionally re-manufactured to deliver a Broadcast quality film to video transfer that performs as well as the most expensive telecine transfer equipment around to give you beautiful Flicker-less film to video transfers. This remanufactured projector will ensure perfect image registration on the screen to your video recording device (Computer Hard Drive, DVD, or any videotape format VHS etc...
This projector is similar in design to the
00 Elmo TRV models
only without the built-in video camera. You can even do Letterbox (Widescreen) transfers because you are using your own camcorder. I completely overhaul each projector before it is shipped. Take-up reel and owners manual included.

New custom engineered 5 Blade Shutter designed by myself an experienced audio visual technician for more than 30 years. Exclusive to my projectors to eliminate hot spots and image ghosting and flicker. You only need the diffusion glass on old design type shutter.
Sound Reproduction:
Audio output has been enhanced to give you less distortion and cleaner and clearer sound from your older optical soundtracks. Each projector has been recalibrated with an optical soundtrack test signal film. This modification is exclusive to my projectors.

Projector Workshop will repair your projector which you purchased from Projector Workshop free of charge should your projector develop a mechanical or electronic problem.  Projector Workshop will provide labor and parts to get your projector back to good working condition.  If Projector Workshop determines at its own discretion that the projector is not repairable, we will replace the projector with the same model free of charge.  No refunds will be given.
This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only from the date of purchase and excludes any damages by misuse or tampering.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping round trip.

I live in CT and bought a 16mm Telecine projector from you a bout 5 years ago and it has worked great eversince. Glad to see you are still selling them, mine has paid for itself many times over... I actually drove down to your home to pick up the projector, we had a discussion. Just wanted to say your projectors with the 5 blade fan are the best and combine that with my home made mirror box, consisting of a first surface mirror and some mylar paper and a Sony PD 150 camera the film transfers come out almost as good as a film scanner costing 10K.

I am a longtime film producer/film distributor and naturally motion picture projectors continue to play an important role for me.
